Alexander Ruffani is an experienced radiochemist. He started in the field of radiochemistry in 2007 after successful study of Organic Chemistry. At the Forschungszentrum Dresden-Rossendorf he started in the field of Radiometals especially 64/67-Copper and 68-Gallium mainly for development of tracer produced without synthesizer.
In 2011 he started at ABX biochemical compounds as a Radiochemist responsible for development of synthesis on a variety of synthesizer such as MX Tracerlab, FX, Scintomics GRP, Synthera and others.
At the end of 2012 started at the MRI (Klinikum rechts der Isar) in Munich as a radiochemist. He was in charge of all equipment in the GMP area and for the tech-transfer from preclinic to the clinical application. Since MRI has a variety of synthesizer his knowledge was very helpful. Furthermore, this was the start for his work in the field of Nuclear Medicine under GMP conditions including all kind of documentation.
His work at Scintomics GmbH included synthesis development, technical support as well as qualification and SOP documentation. Maintainance and repair of synthesizer all over the world (e.g. Hong Kong, USA or Chile) was a huge part of the job.
Benjamin Michaelis started in the field of Pharmacy in 2003. His background is technical but over ten years he got in touch with documentation in pharmacy and quality assurance in pharma. He created SOPs for a variety of processes.
From 2013 till 2016 he was the Head of Service at RIGGTEK in munich. He was responsible for the instrument service for dissolution tablet testing. This included service worldwide, assembly of machines and sales at customers.
From 2016 till 2018 he worked for Scintomics GmbH as the Head of the Technical Department responsible for the service worldwide and assembly and maintenance of synthesizer. In addition, the last half year he was responsible for synthesis development. Qualification and training on synthesis was a big part of his job.
